By installing or using LiquidHQ (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app.

1. The service

LiquidHQ is an embedded Shopify app that generates Shopify Liquid section code from natural language prompts and installs it to your theme at your direction.

2. Your content

Prompts you submit and Liquid code we generate on your behalf belong to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process them as needed to deliver the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You won't use the Service to generate sections that contain illegal content, malware, or attempt to abuse Shopify merchants, and you won't try to reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits and billing.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API on your store's standard invoice cycle. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the app's settings.

5. No warranty

Generated code is provided “as is”. Always review generated Liquid before publishing to a production theme. We aren't liable for theme regressions, lost sales, or downtime caused by installed sections.

6. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
